This project was framed around a simple idea: business owners often do not need a public chatbot first, they need an internal assistant that helps them move through operational work faster.

The concept had to be concrete enough to sell as a time-saving system. That meant focusing on repetitive admin tasks, customer info retrieval, form support, and the daily friction that drains operator time.
